All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the Shirt Stack website and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in Shirt Stack or its licensors (which includes other users). Payments

All payments made through the Shirt Stack website are secure and encrypted. We accept all major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery once the order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

At Shirt Stack, we love our customers and supporters and guarantee satisfaction for every order placed. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at teamshirtstack@gmail.com so we can make it right as soon as possible. Request for refunds can be made up to 14 days after receiving your order for non-custom orders only. Requests made after that, are subject to review and possible store credit.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shirt Stack or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Shirt Stack website, even if Shirt Stack or a Shirt Stack authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Waiver of Legal Liability

Customer Agreement and Waiver

 

  1. Acknowledgment of Responsibility:

    • Customers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring that any material, design, logo, image, text, or any other content (“Content”) provided to Shirt Stack for printing does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property (IP) rights of any third party.

  2. Representation of Rights:

    • Customers represent and warrant that they have the full legal right and authority to use, reproduce, and distribute the Content provided to Shirt Stack for printing.

  3. Indemnification:

    • Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shirt Stack, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any breach of this Agreement or the use of the Content provided by the customers.

  4. No Liability for Infringement:

    • Shirt Stack shall not be held liable for any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other IP rights that may arise from printing the Content provided by the customers. All legal responsibility and liability for any claims of infringement shall rest solely with the customers.

  5. Compliance with Laws:

    • Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the Content and its submission to Shirt Stack for printing.

  6. Severability:

    • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Shirt Stack reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
