Ordering & Custom Prints

What’s Allowed?

We welcome designs that are:

        • Personal, creative, or humorous in nature

        • Suitable for general audiences (rated G through R)

        • For schools, businesses, events, clubs, and organizations

        • Original artwork or properly licensed content that you have the rights to reproduce


What’s Not Allowed?

We do not print designs that contain or promote:

        • Hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind

        • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content

        • Excessive profanity or explicit drug references

        • Violence, self-harm, or graphic imagery

        • Defamation or content targeting individuals or groups

        • Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission

Can I cancel or change my order? 

        • Order can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, if your order is production, no further changes or cancellations can be made. 

Our Rights & Responsibilities

          • All designs are reviewed before production to ensure they comply with our policies.

          • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that violates these guidelines.

          • Orders canceled for content violations will receive a full refund.

          • We may contact you to request an alternative design or clarification before printing.

How long does shipping take? 

        • Orders shipping within the continental  U.S. will take 1-5 business days depending on speed of the service provided from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Do you ship internationally?

Can I return a custom-printed item?

        • Custom orders are final, unless there is a production error. See our Terms & Conditions for our full refund and return policy. 

What if my order is incorrect or damaged?

        • Contact us right away with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to correct it. 

Returns & Refunds

At Shirt Stack, we love our customers and supporters and guarantee satisfaction for every order placed. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at teamshirtstack@gmail.com so we can make it right as soon as possible. Request for refunds can be made up to 14 days after receiving a non-custom order. Requests made after that are subject to review and possible store credit.

For best results, wash inside out with cold water and dry on low heat or hang to air dry. It’ll help prevent shrinking and keep your print vibrant wash after wash.
